Bad customer service
Website promised a free gift of honey for orders above £60. It did not give instructions on how to claim it. I assumed that if I ordered more than £60, the wise people in comvita would honour its promise. But just in case,I sent several emails to remind them on the free gift even as the order was being processed. But no. No free gift as I didn’t place an order for it! Even before the package was despatched, I tried to cancel it. But no, they can’t cancel it. So the package arrived without a free gift. Why? Because I didn’t place an order for the free gift. I have asked them to send the free gift. That would sort it. No, they said, they can’t, even though I qualified for it. I wanted to return the package without opening it. But no, I have to pay for the returns. Avoid!
Terrible everything
Terrible everything. My order arrived in an extremely poor packaging. More than half of the ordered products were missing. Contacting the customer service via chat is impossible. Sending an email ends up in repeated generic answers which do not help in the slightest and my issues are being ignored. Avoid at all costs! (Probably the honey they sell is a scam, too.)

Another horrible experience, they promise to sort out my order and then nothing. I will never ever buy from you again and I’ll make sure everyone knows about how you deal with good customers.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I have called them 2x today, and the gentleman I was talking to hung up the phone!!! He insisted on the order number. I told him that it is a subscription every 2-months so where can I get that order number? and after that, the line went quiet after realising that he was no longer on the other line. Called back, and it sounds like the same person pick up my call. Again, he asked for the order number. I have checked my email to get the previous order number from the previous delivery, and again after realising that he was not on the line. Terrible customer service!!!

2 orders made on the same day, both have issues, customer service not helpful at all
2 orders made on the same day, one has been delivered and the other delayed by several days and still not received. The one that has been delivered for some reason checked-out without the free advertised gift (could have been my fault during check-out), but Comvita unwilling to honor it even though my other (yet to be delivered) order includes it, and they are not willing to consider crediting the gift for a follow-on order. Is this not a better option than having me refund and place the exact same order again to receive the advertised gift??
Delivery let me down.
I rate Comvita very highly and have used their products for many years. They deserve 5 starts.
Unfortunatelly they now use The Hut Group for their deliveries. My last order was a mess;1 star for that.
It simply took a lot longer than stated to deliver. Then... one product was missing because wasn't in stock, they notified me afterwards. It got here at the end, weeks later.
Another item had a shorter than expected 'end of' date.
I don't think I will buy directly from tComvita's website again, I will look at other retailers.
CS replied my email eventually but wasn't good enough.

Delivery took longer than I thought
Delivery took longer than I thought, but items were velivered in great condition and with good best before date. Lovely product.

I put my order by mistake, I email them immediately to cancel it , it is just 5-10 minutes after i order it, the order was still “in progress”.
However, their customer service reply me said “I am very sorry to inform you that I have not been able to cancel this as it has already been placed and entered the dispatch process. “ while the order status is still appears just “progressing” in my account.
I don’t understand how come they can’t cancel the whole thing when the order isn’t been dispatch yet. This is ridiculous, I will not recommend this shop and will change to different brand.

Excellent company
Excellent company , I ordered jar of honey Saturday late afternoon and it arrived Sunday morning. I definitely be ordering again . The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than other companies.

Good Taste and Trusted Customer Service
I bought 3 pack of manuka honey from comvita.co.uk website. One of the 3 jars my ordered arrived was damaged, however, I could easily reach the Comvita, they immediately responded and send me a replacement. The taste of honey is so good. I prefered to Comvita because of its UMF certificate and brand's reputation.
